great amenities but inconsistent cleanliness
The staff was exceptionally friendly, particularly at breakfast where Felicia made the experience enjoyable for everyone. The evening treats like nachos and fresh cookies added a special touch that made our stay memorable. We also appreciated having fun feeding the ducks with food provided by the staff, creating a delightful experience.
The cleanliness of our room could have been better, as we found some areas that needed more attention.

The late check-in went smoothly thanks to the helpful staff on call. I loved lounging by the heated swimming pool and catching some sun on the terrace. Just a heads-up, the internet was a bit spotty, but it didn’t mess with my stay! 😊

The King Suite Standard was immaculate and offered a cozy stay with thoughtful touches like chocolates on the nightstand. Breakfast had a variety of choices, and the homemade cookies and popcorn in the lobby were delightful. However, the air conditioning unit was noisy, which disrupted our sleep, and the breakfast area could get crowded, making it difficult to find seating at times. Despite these minor inconveniences, the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and contributed to an overall enjoyable experience.

The hotel offered a clean room and a welcoming atmosphere, though the pool was freezing and accessibility was tricky. Service was excellent, especially from Sarah, who made our experience memorable with her kindness. Still, some parts of the facility seemed outdated.

missingWrote a review on Mar 27spacious accommodationscomfortable bedsmalfunctioning key card
The King Suite Standard featured spacious accommodations, making it comfortable for a relaxing stay after a long drive. The beds provided decent support, ensuring a fairly restful night despite other issues.
However, my experience took a turn for the worse due to the malfunctioning electronic key card, which took four attempts before working. Having to trek up and down the stairs and wait for a replacement at 1 AM was quite frustrating. Additionally, the lack of an easy second entrance made the layout inconvenient. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively, and a bulky air purifier cluttered the space. Lastly, not having a mini refrigerator was a significant letdown for storing snacks and drinks during our stay.
